Friday, March 13th, 2009 by Man On FireAfter much delays… like.. building a new studio for (producer, keyboardist/vocalist) Jeff Hodges, Man On Fire is happy to say we’re waiting for the finished product to ship from the manufacturer for our new, 4th release, “Chrysalis”.
We feel confident that current fans, as well as those that are not fans yet, will really be surprised by this exciting album. It’s definitely way more progressive in terms of technicality, key changes and traditional, organic instruments (like a real Hammond C3 and no amp-simulators for the guitars, violin, and trumpet). It’s also more organic and detailed throughout than previous records. Whereas our last release “Habitat” was more of an artist story-telling statement, “In A Sense” is all about Man On Fire doing things that are NOT what you’ve come to expect.
This one’s gonna be in your face! In a good way!
