10T NewsFromuz Sets Seventh Story

On “Seventh Story” FROM.UZ is is set for world domination. Following the release of “Overlook,” the personnel of FROM.UZ underwent a rewrite. Vitaly Popeloff (guitars) and Albert Khalmurzaev (keyboards), the compositional core of the original band remained. New to the band were Igor Elizov (grand piano & keyboards), Ali Izmailov (percussion) and Sur’at Kasimov (bass). The new band has built upon the foundational chapters written by the original lineup, retaining the distinctive FROMUZ sound, but taking it in new directions, doing what progressive music should do, progressing.
The music has become broader in its dimension through both new instrumentation (grand piano, xylophone & tubular bells), but also by the addition of vocals, supplied by Popeloff as lead, with Elizov and Khalmurzaev singing backing vocals.
