After months of hard work in the studio, it’s finally here: Charleston Sound Presents: I Got Music hits stores all over the Lowcountry on August 18. A groundbreaking compilation of emerging local talent, the CD features songs from The Plainfield Project, Dangermuffin, Gaslight Street, Part-Time Heroes and many more. Each song was recorded and mixed at Charleston Sound, a process that created a technically-superior release tailor-made for fans of Lowcountry rock.
Look for the CD online, at Charleston-area independent retailers, Barnes & Noble Booksellers and your neighborhood Piggly Wiggly. Proceeds from CD sales will both support the bands and Lowcountry Local First, an advocacy organization dedicated to strengthening the local economy.
